Statement of Quality Policy

Furness Winding Company Limited is dedicated to providing its customers with a service of consistently high quality to ensure their continued support. Consequently we have adopted a documented Quality System that complies with ISO9002:2015, embracing all the related activities of our operation in line with the company strategy.

All employees must be able to rely on quality from each other. Therefore all members of staff are required to be familiar with this policy and all the process controls relevant to their activity.

The standard of our service is also dependant on the performance of external suppliers. All our suppliers are required to provide reliable goods and services of a consistently high standard. Supplier’s performance is monitored and only those providing such quality are listed as approved suppliers.

It is the responsibility of the Management and Employees to ensure that the aims of this policy are consistently achieved. The policy aims are supported by monitored quality objectives and improvement initiatives are introduced wherever the need is identified.
